Gaga is a movement language that invites us to explore the body through sensation, imagination and physicality.
We’ll begin with a Gaga/people class, exploring new possibilities of movement while developing mobility, stamina, agility and coordination. We’ll then continue through guided improvisation, playing with our passion to move, groove and explore our physicality.

Open to everyone aged 16+. No previous experience in Gaga or dance is required.
The workshop will be held in accessible English.
