BOOKINGS

Classes are available by reservation only through Momoyoga.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Purchases of single classes, class packs, or memberships are non-refundable and cannot be extended, including when payment in the studio is selected. Individual class bookings may be cancelled within the specified cancellation period; after this deadline, the class will be considered used.

Cancelling a booking or selecting payment in the studio does not cancel the purchase: in the event of a no-show, the amount will remain due and must be paid before attending another class.

CANCELLATION

Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start of the class. After this deadline, the credit will be considered used.

On Time

For the safety and harmony of the class, we ask you to arrive at the studio before the class begins. Once the practice has started, the door will be closed and late entry will not be permitted.

HEALTH CONDITIONS

Each practice is undertaken at your own responsibility. Please always inform the teacher of any injuries or specific physical needs before starting.

LOST PROPERTY

The studio is not responsible for lost or unattended personal belongings.

CHANGES BY THE STUDIO

Orama reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient attendance or to substitute the teacher. In these cases, the class will be rescheduled or credited back.
